General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Statement (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") is regulated by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection" No. 149-FZ dated July 27, 2006, Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 and other regulatory legal acts.

1.2. Basic concepts used in the Regulation:

CLIENT — Site Visitor — a person who visited agreeg.store without the purpose of placing an Order; User — an individual, a visitor to the Site, who accepts the terms of the Public Offer posted on the site: https://agreeg.store/ and who wants to place Orders in the Online Store; Buyer — the User who placed the Order in the online store — subjects of personal data;

PERSONAL DATA — information stored in any format relating to an individual or determined on the basis of such information (subject of personal data), which makes it possible to identify the Client;

1.3. This Regulation establishes the procedure for processing personal data of Clients when selling Goods to them.

1.4. The purpose of the Regulation is to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of a person concerning his personal data.

1.5. Personal data is processed for the purposes for which they were provided including: identification of the Site Visitor, registration in the personal account, etc.
